Deshalb bilden wir nicht nur unser eigenes Team weiter, sondern bieten auch Schulungen in den Bereichen Sozialp\u00e4dagogik, Pflege und Gesundheitsschutz f\u00fcr andere Einrichtungen an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir arbeiten dabei eng mit unserer Schwesterfirma, der School of Social Work, zusammen und profitieren von einem Netzwerk aus Fachleuten aus Psychologie und P\u00e4dagogik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Weiterbildungen f\u00fcr unsere eigenen Mitarbeiter und f\u00fcr andere Einrichtungen tragen wir dazu bei, dass alle Menschen die gleichen Chancen
